Not the most essential purchase of 2000

"What do you get when you have Darren Tate producing, and Mrs. Judge Jules singing? - a horrible attempt at a trance song. For months in early 2000 a vocal free mix was floating around as "Angelic" by Angelic. It was just another average trance song trying to cash in on the breakdown from Energy 52's classic track "Cafe Del Mar". Then with major support from UK Radio One DJ Judge Jules, it received a full scale release with vocals from his wife Amanda O'Riordan. She could have used singing lessons before trying out her voice, because it really is awful.I had heard about the track before actually experiencing it, and thought people were being harsh, but when I finally heard it I couldn't stop laughing because her vocals in my opinion need a little more than "fine tuning". The Ariel mix is a minor improvement from the Original, but the only remix I've been able to tolerate has been the Rank 1 Remix which minimizes all vocals. Unfortunately it was omitted from the US release. If you're looking for a good solid pop-trance song I recommend any of the other domestic US trance releases (ATB, Trance Allstars, Rank 1 etc.), but avoid this one until you hear it. You may like it, you may loathe it (like me) - but I suggest listening to it in its full-length mix before actually buying it."
