After fronting '90s power pop band Cockeyed Ghost, L.A. musician Adam Marsland ducked the limelight for a decade, working successively as a DIY touring performer, arranger/bandleader and session musician (most notably with members of the Beach Boys, the legendary Wrecking Crew and 2008 Tony Award winner Stew). He nosed back above the radar as a songwriter with a best-selling 2008 compilation album. Go West is his first all-new original CD since 2004: a stunning double disc, 23 track coming-of-age song cycle charting an ambitious lyrical arc through some of the most diverse and intelligent pop songs ever to coexist on one album. Great Indy Power Pop!

"Adam Marsland earned his Power Pop chops as the front man of L.A.'s "Cockeyed Ghost" during the 90s. Their debut albums, "Keep Yourselves Amused" and "Neverest" proved they had both both Rocking Power Chords on singles like, "About Jill," "Dirty Bsstard" and "Halo Boy," plus intricate hooks like on "At The Bookstore," and "Disappear" (which got L.A. radio attention and label interest.)

Label interest soon faded, even after clear Indy singles like "I Hate Rock and Roll. "Karma Frog" and "Fates Cry Foul" faded from Media attention. And Marsland struck out as a solo artist, building support among True Believers on the Web, anxious for his next release, "Go West!" which does not disappoint!
