CD Reviews

He ain't nick-named 'the godfather' for nothing

"DO NOT LISTEN to - Fiesta Facelift - He has no clue.

This record(and much of Beyer's recent stuff) is pretty deep, and somewhat dark stuff. The production quality is excellent and the tracks are complex.

This is for true techno fans, parhaps not amatures or people who are just learning or forming an interest in techno.

Fiesta Facelift's examples of 'good' 'techno' are Fatboy Slim and Prodigy. Both are good producers, but are a little on the catchy/pop side of things. As for reviewers wanting to be 'underground', I simply argue that classical music doesn't sell huge quantities of CDz to the kids either, does that mean people like it because it's UNDERGROUND?

Fiesta, I'm not trying to attack you, but you should stick to reviews of pop music or 'college rock' or some other catchy little genre.

Thanks.
