Synopsis

Product Description
The band Rolling Stone Magazine called "Proof Motown is still holding it down"! Infectious groves, tight rhythms, and compelling lyrics make this Detroit Power Pop sensation the band to watch in 2006. Imagine Bono met Cheap Trick in a Detroit basement and Rick Rubin came by to man the board. If you would love that, then you'll love this. No whining about Daddy never loved me; Mommy didn't hug me. No posing for the cameras and certainly no compromise, 50¢ Headrush plays what they know; what they feel; what YOU need to hear.

CD Reviews

OH MY FREAKIN' LORD!!!
Rock Fan | Detroit, MI | 04/26/2006
(5 out of 5 stars)

"This is an AMAZING disk!! Vin-E Dombroski who produced SPONGE took an unassuming Detroit band, and with the help of mix master Jim Ebert (Butch Walker's producer), and made new Rock gods!

From first to last, this is a worthy effort and leaves me impatiently waiting for the next disc!!!

Buy it, listen to it, love it!

"
AWESOME! Great Motor City Rock for the new millenium!

"If you thought Seger, Nugent, Motown, Eminem, Kid Rock, and the White Stripes were all Detroit had to offer--think again! This is an amazing band. Every one of these songs is a hit. What if Bono met Cheap Trick in a Detroit club and Rick Rubin manned the sound board? THIS is what it would sound like!"
This is a great disk!

"I love this disk! Some really outstanding tunes and excellent production make this a fantasic disk. From the opening drum pick-up, to the commerical at the end, an innovative and fresh disc that never gets boring and never forgets what Rock is supposed to be about!"
