"I always loved sounds of nature. Especially water. This cd creates an atmosphere of solitudes and isolation from the noisy and hectic world. The waves get a bit loud but its very relaxing while youre sleeping or just meditating. This cd is just one of the many Sounds of Earth cd's and the Sea is one of the best."

Soothing sounds of the sea only, no music - GREAT album!

"This cd is excellent, and one that I generally keep for sleepy time relaxing. It contains two tracks, The Sea: Calm (gentle sounds of the waves/water lapping against each other..very soothing!) and the second track: The Sea: Surf - again soothing, but this time the waves are deeper out in the sea, and a little more "crashing" (I use this term reluctantly because it's not a rough sound, but it's a little louder than the first track) Both tracks are extremely soothing, and beautiful to listen to. I love to lay in bed and listen to the sounds, imagining that I'm sleeping right by the sea in some beautiful, warm, tropical paradise.

I also love this album because unlike other "sounds of nature" style cd's, this one contains no music or other distracting sounds...it simply is the water. As it ebbs and flows, so do you, in a beautiful sea of tranquility. My partner doesn't normally like a lot of "new agey" style cd's (his words, not mine LOL) but he always requests this cd for his reiki sessions and at bedtime. Simply put, this cd is a joy to listen to, and if you're looking for something different, without accompanying music, or bells/gongs etc, then this is the cd for you."
