CD Reviews

From Mtv on the other side of the Atlantic!
MJ Krom | Los Angeles,CA | 10/26/2001
(5 out of 5 stars)

"This CD is incredible! I picked it up on a whim here in Spain, as I like other Mtv compilations I decided to give this a try. You really won't be disappointed at the amount of music. You have songs remixed here from Fatboy Slim, Garbage, Theievery Coporation, Massive Attack, Groove Armada..the list can go on. It is divided into 2 discs:Alpine Chills(Which is more of laid back grooves) and Disc 2 Glacial Beats(Which gets you going.) I think this CD is well worth the money. I hope Mtv is be more experimental in the US based releases in the future. All in all a great CD..I HIGHLY recommend it!"

"I love the Alpine Chills CD, the Alpine Beats CD also included is "Okay". Not the best beat-heavy electro music but solid none-the-less. Don't let the MTV name disswade you for purchasing this CD it ROCKS."
