"I first came across Eden's Bridge as a contemporary light pop / Christian folk band. One of my biggest complaints within the Christian music scene had been, with a few exceptions, the many bands who simply immitate a secular counterpart without ever trusting the Lord to lead them into innovating or developing their own musical style. Eden's Bridge was definitely one of the exceptions, which is why I took to them immediately. So I began buying up their entire collection, not realizing they were mainly a praise and worship celtic group. This was another pleasant discovery, since they are not only innovative in this area as well, but they do it well, mixing both traditional and contemporary hymns, styles, instruments and injecting a celtic flavor to it. Not too many artists, I feel, could attempt such a feat and pull it off well -- but through the grace of God Eden's Bridge has succeeded. And thus, what I most enjoy about their music is that it facilitates prayer. This CD is particularly good in this regard, as true to the Psalms (which as a Jew, Our Lord Jesus Christ would have prayed daily) this music contains both an active praise as well as a comtemplative dimension to it. I strongly recommend this and other CDs by Eden's Bridge."
Wow.... they accidentally scored a new fan!

"I bought Celtic Worship a couple of weeks ago because I'm getting married and want my ceremony to have a Celtic influence. I was looking for a version of "Be Thou My Vision" to play for my boyfriend. I listened to that track first and liked it, but I listened to the rest of the album for some more ideas. All I have to say is this is a very talented group, and I'm not even a fan of Christian Contemporary Music. Eden's Bridge has kind of a New Age feel to it; I'm not even a big fan of New Age (it often bores me), but their arrangements are creative, original, well crafted, peaceful, and ethereal. I ended up buying Celtic Psalms and liked that CD just as much! I think this is the best way to spread the word, through an original sound produced by talented musicians. They sure made me a believer!"
Let everything that hath "breath"....praise the Lord!

"If smooth, breathy, worshipful woodwinds and vocal textures like warm honey are the vehicle that lift you into the presence of the Lord, then the Celtic Psalms CD from Eden's Bridge is your admission ticket. Lead singer, Sarah Lacy, is surrounded with a lush, richly-echoed texture reminiscent of Phil Spector at his best...minus only the back beat. Emotion rides on every vocal vibration with the folk music follow-through that Joni Mitchell at her zenith could have reached for and should have achieved. The attitude is indeed, Celtic. But the impact of both the lyric and melody is universal. This is much better than background music. If you play Celtic Psalms at work, the music can make you more productive. If you play it at play, it can make you more reflective. If you play it in worship, it will make you more receptive. I promise...you'll like this CD...a lot."
