"okay, first of all it is important not to expect "pure" unwed sailor sounds on this cd - it is a collaboration. A really really good collaboration. I had some preconceived ideas about what to expect from it, you know, the whole multi-media thing. i listened to it on the way home from a show where i bought it from the unwed sailor table. it starts off with a really minimal sound that stays pretty even the whole way thru the first track. the whole cd plays very well together (if listened to in one sitting). i highly recommend watching the video and listening to the music at the same time. that is when it is most effective. a really good cd for anyone who likes to have instrumental music in the background for whatever else you don't want to be distracted from that day."
