Fine funky slide work

"Having just received this music from a friend and checking out the Amazon details for liner notes I am quite surprised to see a single 3 star review and a very poor Editorial Review. This music is great fun, funky country rockabilly blues with a New Orleans twist. A couple tunes do seem ordinary, over produced when a more edgy sound might have brought out some smokey club feel that Rogers has in live performances, but overall this music has great bounce and rhythme that I will most difinitely add to a playlist with Little Feat, Bonnie Raitt, Ry Cooder and the like. Maybe this came out at a bad time. Sounds great today"
