It's a rare event to find a recording that captures the essence of blues so well.Although both versions of this album feature excellent hi-fi sound, this JVC-XRCD version is an audiophile's delight, and is well worth the extra cost."

"This has got to be the best Blues album I have heard.... ever. Back in the late eighties my wife and I were regular customers at Cagneys in Huntington Beach California where Luke and the Locomotives regularly played, the place was always packed.......Just wish I knew where they were now."
