"Petra has unfortunately released about a dozen "greatest hits" albums over the years, lazy attempts by their various labels to squeeze the group for more money based on old hits. Nevertheless, this is a great one. Several of the all-time classics included are "The Coloring Song," "This Means War!," and "First Love."



The songs on this disc are compiled from eight albums that Petra released between 1979 and 1988. (Greg X. Volz is the lead singer for the first five of those albums, with John Schlitt on board for the last three.) If you liked Petra's music in the 1980's or want to hear a good representation of their earlier work, this is the right album for you. I recommend it highly."
