His only concert album, Live captures Tate bringing his classic old-school soul intensity to currently out-of-print R&B and Pop chart hits such as "Get It While You Can" (covered by Janis Joplin), "Stop" (covered by Jimi Hendrix), "Ain?t Nobody Home" (covered by B.B. King) and "Look At Granny Run, Run" (covered by Ry Cooder). In addition to his classic ?60s recordings, Tate also includes a number of gems from his ?70s albums, as well as his 2003 comeback album, Rediscovered.
