"This one actually works, I kid you not. After having one or two of the other sonicaid binaural beat cds I decided one day to run through the samples. It wasnt an ordinary day either, no. Rather it was one of those days where our 18 month old daughter decided to add a extra heaping of exuberance to her shall we say spirited personality. Hoping the little tornado would dissipate to no avail I found myself more stressed than normal. I recall seeing this sonicaid cd and pulled it up on amazon. naturally, my daughter wanted to help and with a few slammed keyboard strokes, 400 wrongly opened programs, and an exceptionally long battle of where the mouse should point and click later, I finally got the page up and played the samples. Quickly vacating the desk and chair to the couch, I shortly found myself somehow magically relieved of tension and stress within moments. I dont know how it happened so fast but I honestly felt it release like a giant knot into nothing leaving me feeling calm, light hearted and refreshed. A few minutes later, I had it purchased and downloaded. It's been about two months now since that day and I still refer to these tracks when I feel that tension of being super stressed and just as good if not better than the day I got it I find myself released in as little as one or two songs. oh and yes, at 20 months old, she's still a little tornado. but at least now I can weather her with a smile."
