The Best Metal Band's Finest Album
Jason A. Rougeau | Dallas, TX | 02/19/2010
(5 out of 5 stars)

"This record should go down in history as the most important metal record ever. And it's no secret that the deftones have evolved into the best metal band of all time.

It's been thrilling to watch this band evolve from decent aggro-metal "adrenaline" to good aggro-metal "aroudn the fur" to great, experimental and innovative metal "white pony" to this amazing point in their career with their self titled record. They have taken the innovative approach from "white pony" and blended it with aggressive, hard-rocking metal. They have really outdone themselves (and their peers) with this one. The Deftones are the best metal band to date, and this near perfect self-titled album is proof of that."
