CD Reviews

One of canada's best punk albums of all time
philippe aerts | Vancouver,BC CANADA | 12/18/2002
(5 out of 5 stars)

"this lp-long out of print, is in fact a mini album. It contains not only DOA's best songs ever-it is the perfect DOA album. All
14 tracks are killer with no filler to 'sum' it up....there is even
a hilarious version of Led Zeppelin's 'Communication Breakdown". If one has to own two killer canadian punk cds
this album coupled with their first album 'something better change' -THIS IS IT..It gets also a perfect score.Burnaby's finest-DOA are
legends.A band ive always loved -Now if only they rereleased The Subhumans catalogue (1978 to 1983) on
Sudden Death Records,I'd be totally thrilled. These long out
of print albums are sorely missed and need to see the light
of day once again.I love this band...."
Fantastic Album

"If you like your music loud fast and abrasive, this is the album you must get. DOA is a great band, and this thier best album. It is a non-stop flurry accented by great drumming by Chuck Biscuits. This album should be mandatory listening for anyone who wants to know what true punk music is all about."
DOA is underrated and great
Mike D | Independence/Kansas City, MO United States | 08/12/2005
(5 out of 5 stars)

"DOA is underrated and great. Probably it's because they're Canadians, and Yanks think of Canada as the 51st State that DOA gets ignored. I saw them live, and they rocked the house, of course. This is as vital as Minor Threat, Misfits, Germs, JFA, Dead Kennedys, Bad Brains or any of the classic 80s hardcore genre. Pick it up, you mulletheads. Stop being hosers."
