"Generally, I am not a big fan of guided meditations and I have thrown out CDs of that genre in the past. But this one is actually pretty good and has a very strong positive effect on me. I especially love the meditation on meetting the spirit guides and angels. If you are into angels, ascended masters, chanelling and the like, you should get this one."

"I liked this meditation CD. It is a bit more religious, than some others.

I found myself even ''teary'' at times, while listening to it, as its very deep. I would recommend it, if you don't mind the religion part in it.
