Help Center - What can be swapped here?

SwapaCD is for the exchange of used original (not burned or copied) music CDs of all genres.  CDs must be original and playable. 

You do not have to include the inserts with your disc: You can offer the CD as Disc Only, Disc + front insert, Disc + back insert, or Disc + front and back inserts. It is NOT required to send the jewel case.

If you receive a disc that is playable from beginning to end and one or more of the inserts are damaged, you cannot report the transaction as damaged. You are only guaranteed to receive a disc that is playable from beginning to end.

Any extra items that are specifically mentioned in the CD title on SwapaCD must be shipped with the CD. For example, the CD "The Essential Gift Pack (Box Set) (includes book: The A to Z of Classical Music)" must be shipped with the mentioned book. If the additional items are no longer available to be shipped, you may only offer your CD in our Bazaar forum, explaining in your post that the item(s) are not included.

AudioBOOKS (books on CD) cannot be swapped here.  They can be swapped at paperbackswap.com, our sister bookswapping site.

It is ILLEGAL to keep personal copies of music in any form after trading or giving the original CD to another party. For example, if you copy a CD to your MP3 player, personal computer, writable CD media, cassette tape or any other device, you are legally required to erase or destroy all copies when you transfer the original CD to another person. Although it is difficult for SwapaCD to police this action, we will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies investigating copyright infringement.
