Help Center - How do I redeem a Gift Certificate?

• If you do not have an account with SwapaCD yet, you will need to register first.
  • Click Sign Up in the toolbar at the top of the site, and fill out the information there.



• To redeem your gift certificate:
  • Place your cursor over Kiosk in the toolbar at the top of the site.
  • Choose Redeem a Gift Certificate from the menu that drops down.
  • Type in the Gift Certificate Code found on the bottom of your gift certificate (or in the email).
  • Click "Apply to My Account."
  • This will unlock the gift certificate and apply it to your account.

• If you deleted the emailed certificate and do not have the code:
  • Contact us with the name of the member who purchased the certificate and we will help.
