Hello Everyone.
I received a CD in the mail yesterday and my wife opened the mail for me while I was at work and peaked in the package I received to tell me the title so I could get the credit to my fellow swapper ASAP. This morning, when I actually removed the disc from the package, it is clear that it was damaged in the mail. The disc is literally cracked in half with one half be shattered. My wife did not mark the disc received, but with a problem so I do not know what to do now.
Thanks!

I think your wife owes you a CD. |

Send a message to support and they will take care of it for you. A similar thing happened to me and I got my credit back. |

Butter side down theory in action. The one time you don't look --! I had that happen myself, but couldn't bring myself to contact the team -- main reason, 'cos I've done it before and they've always been so helpful. :^) |

I used to always mark my CDs as received before playing, until it happened to me one day. I marked it ok, and then it was not. It was a wake up call to me and now I always play it first before marking it as ok. |
