If a CD I send arrives broken by USPS, will I be informed of this? | ||

I think you can safely assume that a cd that arrives broken was damaged in shipment. Who would notify you? Your carrier just delivers and would have no idea how damage happens. If you get a broken cd, just mark it as received but damaged, the staff will take care of the rest. |

Are you talking about when a CD you send OUT arrives broken? I don't recall if you get an e-mail notice when that happens, but you CAN look under "CDs requested from me" on your account page. The icon beside the CD will be cracked if the CD was reported as damaged. | ||
