I am listing the CD referenced in the title here because the UPC is not an exact match. This could be the first CD pressing as it does not appear to be a reissue. There is no date. The UPC is 07777460692. This disc has light surface marks around the outside that do not affect play. The insert has a little age-related spotting to the interior but is good condition. Please send a message if you want it for one credit. I'm also willing to consider a trade of some sort if that is permissable.

I would say this is the version you have. Looks like the check number (9) at the end of the UPC is missing. Something that is fairly common for early CD releases.
