I live in a small town in southwest Georgia. We used to have a shop that specialized in the buying and selling of used CDs but they went out of business a few years ago. We don't have a Goodwill but we do have a Salvation Army Thrift store and they sell donated CDs, new and used for ninety-nine cents each, Every so often they will have a sale and mark them down to fifty-nine cents each. That's where I buy most of the CDs that I purchase and I buy ones I want for my collection and often buy interesting ones I think someone might want on SwapaCD. I have also been known to buy a new or used CD on eBay if it is one that I really want for my collection. 

I ordered six music CDs from one person. She let all six requests time out with no response. I'd love to post her name so everyone else would know not to waste their time. I assume they removed those six from her list yet she still has over two hundred CDs listed on SwapaCD. Why don't they weed these people out and suspend their accounts? She tied up my credits and my cash  and was a total waste of my time. 

I am one of those happy customers. Don't be afraid to order from Scott. He's great to work with and I've been very happy with the CDs I've received from him in the past.

Your link on the Terry Penney CD helped me decide, Jason. There's some good country music coming from Canadian artists these days and unfortunately I am unfamiliar with most of them. It's one of those cases where if you hear it, you'll like it but since you don't hear it....

In the last month I have received one CD with a water stained back insert and two CDs with back inserts that were folded in half and completely creased. These were from three different senders. I've started writing the sender's user names in a spiral notebook when they send me something like this and before I complete any future requests I will check the sender's name against my list.  If they are on my list, I'll just remove the item and not order it from this seller. I don't expect perfect artwork but I think water stained and folded artwork should not be acceptable.
