"I don't get to play this one often because it drive the other memebrs of my household nuts, but every now and then I really have to hear some Velvet Cactus Society. With tiles like "getting an indirect awnser out of you is like pulling dentures" and "blue tltties" they capture the passion, and miscommunications of every day humanity and all its dysfunction. While their mastery of instruments is on par with your average garage band, their use of words and dubbings of other soundtracks, combines to give one the feel of a really confortable but dirty couch, with ample surprises along the way. Anybody whoi listens to this album will be abel to connect with at least one song, and be completly turned off by another."
