"i would definately recommend 'this is noize' for anyone out there at all interested in happy hardcore, or anyone simply interested in getting their energy level up. disc 1 is great because it is mixed, so you get a good feeling the whole way through listening to how the dj's make it flow...and its high energy all the way. disc 2 is a little different. its not mixed, and many of the tracks have sort of a darker feel....great for driving at night or for a rainy day. although not all of disc 2 is dark (time bomb comes to mind as a happy track)there is more of a hard edge feel (back in business), a lot of vocals but not in the style of disc one (which is mostly 'classics,') and again, the dreary feeling is represented well (senti le passione, rainmaker). anyway, i'm happy i bought it. you should do the same."
Noize is awesome!

"This album is packed with happy hardcore anthems both new and old. Disc one has classics such as Scott Brown's "Now Is The Time" and Hixxy's "Together Forever". Disc two shows us how far happy hardcore has progressed, check out "Heart of Africa" or Unique's "5 A.M." for a more sophisticated sound or the title cut if you just want to go bonkers at your next party! Worth the money, especially as it's a double CD (NOT a box set)"
Happy to the core!

"This CD is GREAT! I'd say I like disc 1 better than disc 2. The first one consists of old school songs continually mixed..there are so many great songs on the first one, when I first got this I listened to it all night up till dawn. I could listen to the first song over and over forever! It's got such great scratching! Disc 2 is some new stuff I guess. It's not mixed together, but its good! Tiem bomb is my personal favorite. It's got some really positive (as always) and meaningful lyrics. If you love happy hardcore, get this CD!"
Happy hardcore!

"if you like the anabolic frolic cd's you'll love this one. i really love disc 1 better than disc 2 cause disc 1 has all the old school stuff on it. disc 2 is a little slower also. i say the slowest the songs get is 170bpm and the fastest is 175bpm (now is the time) my favorite song is "eurocore (jolly roger 4) the melody keeps it up."

"While many are ambivalent about this CD I think it is good. It reminds me of all the happy hardcore raves I have been to and the memories are good. The music while at times dull and repetitive, is at other times the most mind shatteringly incrediable music you ever will experince. But after all it's just a CD, so just buy it and take a listen yourself."
