"I recently purchased the Caribe 2000 cd when I traveled to Spain this past summer. The cd includes all of the number one dance mixes that are played in the best dance clubs in Spain. Groups such as SBS and King Afrika have somwhere between tropical and latin sound. The music, if you understand the Spanish, is very entertaining. Some of the songs, such as "La Bomba", can be compared to songs like the Macarena, in both rhythym and movements. The movements, at least in Spain, are a little more risque, however. I would recommend this cd to anyone who loves dancing and more importantly, to those who know Spanish!"

"Thank you to the other reviewers for helping me find this CD. I too was in Spain this summer, and the Bomba song was on all the time. When I got back home I unsuccessfully tried finding the song at the all the major music stores. (I actually bought the wrong CD!!) When I saw the other reviewers comments and that they had similar experiences in Spain, I knew I was in luck. The CD is great and I guarantee we'll be hearing these songs here next summer."

"If you have visited Spain in the year 2000, it is impossible for this cd to not evoke memories- almost every Spaniard had this cd/cassette in their car stereo. I personally was ransacking Latin music sections in nyc and dc trying to find this album. Highly recommended."

"I went to Spain this summer and all of these songs were the hottest in the discos. Every song is upbeat, happy, fun, and great to dance to. The lyrics to the songs are great and there is a lot of variety. The most memorable song is "Bomba" it is impossible to walk down the street in Spain and not hear it. It is also impossible not to dance along with it. I highly recomend this CD to anyone who likes Spanish music at all, and those who dont as well. The music is so gerat that it's perfect for anyone. Get it, you'll be thrilled you did."
