Frédéric Zigante, one of the world's pre-eminent and most-recorded classical guitarists, was born in 1961 in France and graduated from the Verdi Conservatory of Milan. He was a pupil of Alirio Diaz and Alexandre Lagoya, among others. He now gives recitals in Italy and abroad, and has recorded nearly twenty CDs, including several world premieres.
