CD ReviewsGreat, certainly worth a purchase. Mogadoh | Perth, Australia | 04/12/2008 (5 out of 5 stars) "CJ is known as one of the main members of The Wildhearts but on this album, his first real solo stamp (not including Honeycrack of course) he showcases himself as a class songwriter all the way.
Expect material not terribly unlike Wildhearts material with it's addictive hooks & melodies and cracking chord progressions to melt your rock n roll heart. What stood out to me is his use of instruments not so common in hard rock music and a slight percentage of eccentricity. If you're a Wildhearts fan then your collection is incomplete without it. If you don't know the Wildhearts get every album! :D Regardless get this album, you'll be tapping your foot and headbanging 'til dawn :D" |
