"While the original O'Fortuna mix by Apotheosis rocks much harder than this remix, its a fair substition. (Especially since you can't find the original. If you can, let me know!) Still, it rocks and is very enjoyable."

"One of a small series of Rave songs inspired by Orff's "Carmina Burana." This title lacks the intensity of Apotheosis' techno adaption of "O Fortuna!" but this is still one of the best rave tunes I have had the fortune of dancing to. Experimental and daring, "Obumbratta" combines fine art with pop culture. The "Carmina Burna" was based in many old songs that were once considered popular art in their respective time period. Orff adapted these songs to fit the criteria of orchestral music. Apotheosis returns these songs from Orff's compostion of fine art to the realm of pop art probably making Orff grin in his grave and making most post-mods dance in glee. Well worth any amount of money if you get a chance to purchase this disc."

"For anyone who enjoys dancing but hates the samey techno music played in dance clubs, this cd is a must. It incorporates a fast beat with a whole orchestra of sound that pounds deep into the ear. Mix this with parts that sound heavily influenced by classical and you have a dance tune that won't let you sit still."
