CD Reviews

The Zambonis Rock!
01/18/2000
(5 out of 5 stars)

"The Zambonis are not only a hilariously funny band that captures the essence of Hockey, but they have songs that are so good that you end up singing them to yourself for days. A must buy for all Hockey fans or anyone who is tired of bands that take themselves too seriously. Great music and great fun."
Kids love hockey and apparently so do monkeys.

"BUY THIS ALBUM! I am actually not even a huge hockey fan. I saw the whalers once and that was cool but these guys are beyond cool. It is my new mission in life to make the Zambonis the biggest thing since...well the Zamboni. The music is great. Well thought out riffs that remind one of "They Might Be Giants" on Labatts. I can't stop listening to "Hockey Monkey" or the Gregorian Chant/Tripped out "Hextall". I mean it. These puck heads are real musicians."
Great album

"While the Whale is dead, (long live the Hurricanes) the rest of this album is great. There just aren't enough hockey bands these days"
