If you REALLY like Emperor...

"This is Emperor's first album and an EP of songs that they put out on a split with Enslaved. The sound for the first album, "Wrath Of The Tyrant" is very "old-school," but also sounds close to absolute crap. I can see how there's some interesting stuff, but they really should have improved the sound because sometimes the drums get buried, and the vocals are a bit overpowering. Oh well, if you love Emperor, check it out, but don't be expecting good production."
