"the wolfiez have done it once again following up their critically acclaimed cassette cartridge "necessary sailing" with their self titled debut "awful mess mystery" when i first heard this album i was sleeping and my roomate started blasting this extremely weird music (wolfie). When i awoke i found myself in a world of pure imagination with the soundz of four trees singing "rah rah" inside a cardboard box. those trees i later found out where named micael downa', joe zimba, amanda lions, and zip borter. i then found out that i too was important. thanx wolfie"

"This record is very poppy. Wolfie has great bass lines, catchy
tunes and lyrics, and a melodic keyboard. The vocalists are both male and female with many great harmonies. If you like poppy happy music (comparable to weezer's first album and the rentals' first album, but more sugary) then BUY THIS RECORD! You will not regret it!"
A merry, poppy new sound we all should enjoy.

"Wolfie gives a new unique creative sound with little distortion and cool keyboard melodies. They're a mix between the Rentals and themselves. They're very poppy and full of happenin' beats."
