"**Bear in mind that this review is for the 15 Track CD version of the album released after the 12 Track download one.



I'd say overall this is a pretty cool album. It gives fans a quite fascinating mixture of what has influenced the band from the beginning and bands they have grown to love over the years.



This sounds like the band members letting their hair down and introducing us fans to a few bands we most likely have never heard of. You can hear them having fun on this release and it's quite infectious.



A great point of this release, seeing as it is a covers album and not an original Wildhearts release is it gives the band the freedom to experiment a bit in this case all band members for the first time have a go at lead vocals.



I know it might be a bit unfair to compare this to The Wildhearts own catalogue seeing as this is a separate thing all together, but as good as it is it gets a 4 not a 5. Any fan of the band will know that they are a 5 Star band and an album of covers can't get higher than a 4. I'll save my 5 Star rating for the next batch of original songs :)



So overall it is definitely worth purchasing be you a fan of the band or new to them. Ride the wave of fun that they are well and truly on."
