"The reviewers who relate this CD to the group from the ABC reality-based series "The Making of the Band" may not be thinking of the same group that is mentioned here. Also, the group from the TV show are fairly new and this CD single has a 1996 release date. One other thing, I notice that the language in the song titles does not reflect the soft, radio friendly lyrics the newer group sang on TV. This is just a guess, but the O-Town Boyz sound like they might be a rap group, while O-Town are definitely a pop group. BTW, I rated the CD, 5 stars, but I haven't heard it. Reviews require a rating to be printed. I felt that some clarification needed to be made as there is obviously confusion created by the similarity of the two groups' names. In fact, I am surprised that the newer group's founder and manager did not research the name better specifically to avoid such confusion.HeatRash"
