This is the second installment of the very popular Past Lessons/Future Theories, and is a showcase of the last seven years of Distinct'ive Records. Label artists such as Dub Pistols, Hybrid and Way Out West all have a handful of tracks on both CDs. An exclusive Twitch & Sweat remix of "Higher Than A Skyscraper" also features, having been reworked by the Hybrid boys themselves. Other tracks that stand out include Golden Girls' "Kinetic", Lennie D Ice's "We Are IE" and Kevin Aviance's "Din Da Da" to name but a few. The second disc is a house compilation that features more up to date releases from not only Distinct'ive but also its INK sublabel. This disc also contains some top new releases as well as a couple of exclusive forthcoming white labels. 2002 producers of the moment John Creamer & Stephane K also appear with not only one of their infamous remixes but also with a couple of original artist tracks. "Love Is A Drug" feat. Paul Bosco and "Storm" feat. Susana are given their first commercial release on CD and are set to be big hits in 2004.
