A Purchase I Do NOT Regret!!!

"I won't lie and say I knew anything about the previous volumes regarding this project. Recently, I received an email from the Plain White T's website and was notified that they are on this album which is the only reason I made the purchase to begin with-which I'm glad I did.

Take Action is a non-profit organization dedicated to raising funds/awareness of important causes geared toward today's youth. This year (volume 8) will focus on doing something and introduces not only unique bands but alternative concepts as far as how to help within the community.

There are various bands on this album with whom I have never heard, but the styles range from pop-rock to techno to rock ballads. The music completely caught me by surprise because I only intended on listening to Plain White T's (who only appear on the DVD portion of this item) but I am so glad I decided to get it because I have now been exposed to some very upbeat music that I never would have stopped to listen to previously. Not only is this a great purchase as far as getting a CD/DVD combo at an inexpensive rate, but you can also bask in the notion that you've helped support the Take Action cause.
