"having personally seen tdl's 15th anniversary parade, this parade music is a must! one must understand that tdl's pop music culture,that's y most of their parade music(4 the past years)have always been catchy & inspired by her american sister thus part of the song always has english lyrics mixed with japanese for 1998,to celebrate tdl's 15th anniversary a 'carnival' theme is adopted=very latin,trumpet style with all that fanfare thus u have here a very cute('kawaii' in japanese)parade song that as the music goes really wants u 2 dance despite its sweet pop tunes it still mantains disney quality as the score is well written & the orchestra with the strings help infuse a classical tone making it another of tokyo disneyland's trademark. truly a track that encapsulates the magic of disney magic with birthday celebration pixie dust!"
