Ahhhh, I remember a time when commercials for smoking and drinking were the norm and every sugar coated cereal had a whacked out character to plug their product. This set will bring back some wonderful memories and it included some really obscure stuff. It is however missing some really cool stuff too.



It's hard to complain when your getting so many commercials, but they are short and so many more could have been included. The sound quality is pretty good considering the source material hasn't been preserved all that well. I love to throw the cigarette commercials in the mix at a party!...they always raise a few eyebrows!



Over all this set is not bad, but be prepared for some disappointments, as for some reason some of the really cool commercials aren't included.



If you can find this at a reasonable price then buy it."

"This is a collection of TV commercial "jingles". Remember those timeless classics like "Sometimes You Feel Like a Nut", "I'd Like to Buy the World a Coke" and "Meow Meow Meow Meow"? Well, those are here, and so are over 50 others. The recording quality isn't too good on some of them, but what do you expect? This collection is a lot of fun for people who watched too much television in the '50s, '60s or '70s."

"This is a good album. I highly recommend it to anyone who may be looking for a compilation of the best old commercial jingles.



Containing everything from "I'd Like to Buy the World a Coke" to "You Can Take Salem Out of the Country" to "See The USA", this album contains many of the really good jingles that used to grace the airwaves in the fifties, sixties, and seventies.



I wasn't even around when most of these jingles were at their prime (I was born in 1984), and I enjoy them as much as my Baby Boom parents, who did grow up with them.



The audio quality of this CD is quite high. These tracks don't sound like they were recorded on an audio tape directly from the TV; these recordings are so good that they sound as though they could be playing on the TV and radio right at that moment.



I thoroughly enjoyed every moment with this CD, and I'm sure that jingle fans such as myself will enjoy it as well."
