Jackson Browne jumps on board a time-based creative writing project with prolific Americana troubadour, Pat MacDonald (Timbuk 3). In an effort to preserve the historic Michigan St. Bridge in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin a week long writing intensive culminating in a three-day celebration has formed. Inside the white stucco walls of The Holiday Motel, 25 songwriters wrote and recorded some 60 songs in 36 hours! Steel Bridge Songs Vol. 1 features the first 15 songs released from the collection written that week in Door County. Look for Volumes 2, 3, 4 and many more to come.
