"I have spent years looking for this album on CD. I first heard it back in the early 80's and always felt it contained the best performances of both Sting and Phil Collins. Now that I have it on CD it has become again one of my favorite albums, almost 15 years later. I don't believe most people know that this album even exists, but for the people that do I can guarantee that it never strays far from their stereo."

"You have never heard Sting or Phil Collins powerful voices until you hear this album. This cd will make you think twice about "Roxanne" and "In the Air Tonight" the way they sing it here. Unmatched."

"In the early 80's, I liked buying whatever struck me as interesting music wise. I found secret policemans ball, and secret policemans other ball. They were my all time favorite albums. 20 years later I got rid of all my albums. I remember thinking, should I keep these two? I didnt. I still can't get them out of my mind. Yes, I bought them in perfect condition."
Where's the original?

"This is good. However, The original Secret Copper's Shindig, which appears to be missing in this catalogue is far more important artisticly. The sum of all the artists on this, the second show, warrants a cool 4 stars. But the the acoustic duo of the classical guitarist, Mr. Williams and the all too talented Mr. Townshend from the original "Ball" warrants 5 stars all on it's own. RE-ISSUE IT NOW!"

"because perhaps the most amazing stuff on the album is the three songs by Jeff Beck and Eric Clacton (as introduced by John Cleese). "Cause We've Ended as Lovers" is just incredible duet work -- there isn't one wasted note in the song."
