"Excellent compilation album from the defunct Riot City Records, who gave so many young punk bands a chance to leave the garage and hit the studios in the early 80's.Some excellent stuff on here, my personal favourite being East Of Dachau, a Strummer-esque attack on the dodgy politics of Eastern Europe, by a great and vastly under-rated band from Leeds called The Underdogs.Check out the vocals on Dachau - by U.G. (Andrew Green) - he could be Jake Burns brother!Of course, there's also the Bristol babe Beki Bondage (Vice Squad), and a couple of other Leeds bands The Expelled led by the lovely Jo, and the more well-known Abrasive Wheels here as well, along with many other respectable bands. This is Garageland at it's best.All-in-all, get it before it's gone forever. You won't regeret it! Trust me!"
