"The sound of the falling water in Refreshing Cascades is a delight, the tempo changes from fast to slow, where you can hear individual water droplets hit the water, then back to fast. A great CD to relax to after work. At night the sound of the rushing water seems to cool the air around you and soon you are sound asleep, without the fear of musical enhancement or a bird waking you.
I have really enjoyed this CD and have brought another one in case something happens to this one."

"As in all the CD's in this series this is well priced and does exactly what it says on the label. But this is undoubtedly my least favourite of those I bought. The cascades sound more like a running bath to me. Rather than making me feel relaxed and lulling me into meditation they make me aware of my bladder and long for a trip to the bathroom.My advice if you want water is go for the ocean surf track, which is the best of the bunch."
