"First off, a CD featuring bands named Jimbo Trout and the Fish People, Vudi and The Bugbears, Section 8 Project, Atomic Cocktail and The Chrome Addicts simply HAS to be good! And any compilation disc containing songs such as "Let's Get Drunk and Talk About Marriage," People Sure Act Funny," and "Romance Without Finance" is absolutely going to be entertaining as all get out. Ok, so "Pushing The Norton" is not high art. It's fun. The musianship is first-rate. After a couple of listens you'll be singing along. Fans of Calexico, Warren Zevon, The Gourds, Dave Alvin, Giant Sand, Brian Setzer and Doug Sahm will dig this immensely. Push this Norton, or live to regret it."
