CD Reviews

Don't Miss This One

"This is a gorgeous CD. A wonderful collection of sophisticated and moving music. There are different 'tones' for different moods and experiences. The variety is most welcome. None of it feels contrived or forced or supericial. Beautiful sounds, great musicianship. Don't miss this one."

"If you play at dusk you'll have a jungle forest singing along, especially a rain forest. It's beautiful, it's moving, very emotional.#3 is my favorite, provokes "day dreaming" at its best.#11- I felt overwhelmed by a magic sensation. It's a fascinating oriental music.Five (5) Stars CD!"
Excellent for perking up your spirits

"This is an aptly named cd--I've found it is soothing and quite useful for calming stress. I have packed this cd along on many long airplane trips and used to to unwind while flying and also for creating a gentle atmosphere in hotel rooms or just at home on a quiet afternoon or evening. It reminds me somehow of a journey through many strange lands. The first cut is typical "Space Music" from Kitaro, with lots of zingy synthesizer. It's pleasant, and has a sort of Japanese folk-tune undertone with generic World Music style drumming. Hard to describe, but very enjoyable to listen to.The variations on the CD take you from Asia to Outer Space, but always pleasantly so. It's a nice mix, and a cd I take off the shelf fairly often."
