"This could have been THE ultimate musical compilation. What spoils it? Eddye Gorme and Vicky Carr. Sorry, ladies, I love you but you don't qualify. Where are Olga Guillot, La Lupe, Ana Belen and Sonia Silvestre? How about the two Rocios (Durcal and Jurado)? After all I've said, however, this is still a wonderful recording. A trip down memory lane with all the vintage songs that made our mothers dream. The cover art is perfectly retro and the sound is outstandingly good taking into account that these are vintage songs. I'll play them all day long, I'm sure, and dream of golden days gone by."
