Covering a wide range of styles - from swing to hard bop, sultry vocals to cool - it really goes to show how versatile Gershwin's music can be.Some of the tracks that really stand out are J. J. Johnson's stellar trombone solo of "Our Love is Here to Stay", Ella Fitzgerald's "I've Got a Crush on You" and most importantly Erroll Garner's energetic piano on "The Man I Love."A great jazz introduction, and a great "standard" for you jazz music collection."
