"I am a teacher of senior music and need to cover the topic 'modern music in film'. I was so moved by the use of Gorecki's 3rd Symphony in the film 'Fearless' and how it beautifully it illustrated the drama and piognancy of the film that I have chosen this film and score to teach this. The clever use of the minimalistic score heightened the drama and tension of of plane literally tearing apart - no sound effects , screaming etc were needed - you heard it in your heart and mind through Gorecki's impassioned music. I look forward to sharing the film and the music with my students. I would like to hear from others who may have used this film/music for a similar purpose."

"The movie Fearless movie soundtrack has every song in it that made it good. Even better, these are full versions. Not the cut down versions found in the film. So, if you liked the movie, and thought the music helped the atmosphere, I urge you to get this CD."

"This was a wonderful movie that tore my heart in several pieces many times during viewing. The music so perfectly fit,it was incredible. The way they kept only the music and no dialogue during the unbelievable plane sequences at the end made more of an impact than if we had heard the actual sounds in the plane. The music, especially the 3rd Symphony just makes your heart cry.Definitely a soundtrack to own when you want something to make you really feel something.I did."

"I would like to begin by saying that this was one of the most emotionally and personally important films I have seen. Period. I echo the sentiments of Julie Pierce, in that the use of Gorecki's 3rd Symphony in the film, particularly at the end -- played without any other sounds or dialogue -- is one of the most effective (and, emotionally moving) uses of classical music I have ever heard in a film. The film and the music cannot be separated; you see the one, together with the other, and you cannot forget either. We live about 10 miles from where Alaska flight 261 went down off the coast of Ventura County, California, about a week ago. See the film. Listen to this soundtrack. It cannot help but make you give pause, and examine what is really important in your life."
