CD ReviewsNative American sound 02/16/2003 (4 out of 5 stars) "I just bought this CD at a store because I liked the cover art, and I have an interest in Tibetan music. When I first listened to the CD, I thought it was mislabelled because the music sounded so much like Native American music. When I checked the inside of the CD cover, I discovered that the CD was a collaborataive effort by R. Carlos Nakai, Peter Kater, and Nawang Khechog. That explained it! The CD is a tranquil blend of relaxing sounds and chants, and the flute is prominent. I would recommend it to anyone who likes R. Carlos Nakai's style."
