Disc 1 highlights some of the best bands featured on the label including the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Mogwai, the Shins, Guided By Voices, Bright Eyes, and more; while Disc 2 features rarities, live tracks, and lost singles. Highlights include two tracks from Lou Barlow 'Let's Begin' and 'Think (Let Tomorrow Be) which were lifted from his very rare 'Live at the Waterfront' CD.
