If you read the lyrics Born In The USA does not belong on this album. It's about being ashamed of the USA rather than being proud of it. Bruce deceptively took advantage of his fans with this song and the album cover which are exactly the opposite of what they appear to be. It's fine for him to have his opinion but don't trick people and don't drape yourself in the American flag if you are ashamed of it.

"Because of the events on 9/11/01 , this song seems to bring out the best in Americans. Whenever it comes on the radio, people automatically turn it up and a lot of them stop what they are doing just to sing along with it...as if it was the national anthem. I love this song dearly because I Love This Land...God Bless The USA..."
