Rare classic disco

"This collection exemplifies vintage disco, not the disco music
that was big on pop charts, but rather tracks which were most
frequently played at nightclubs where dancing was popular. Some
of the tracks in this wonderful compilation (ie. "Forbidden Love" by Madleen Kane and "Night Rider" by Venus Dodson) only
made the Club Charts, whereas others, such as Ashford and Simpson's "Found A Cure", received airplay on the Pop Charts. Nevertheless, if you are looking for rare, refreshing, danceable, and pure disco from the late 1970s, then this CD is for you!"
Absolutely Fabulous!

"As a disco music Lover(!) this CD reminds me of the days when I danced all night to extended play songs...
I still love Disco Music and use this CD as a rhythm for walking at the gym or outdoors. I especially like the first two songs and they get me in the mood for walking or working out on the weight machines at the gym. Exercise in not my favorite thing to do at age 61, but when I play this music, I totally forget that I'm exercising (because I HAVE to)and since I love to dance this CD makes me feel like I'm 35 again..LOL!!
The beat to these songs are somewhat fast for walking, but I'm a fast walker, so listen to the samples--you'll love 'em."

"when i get a compilation i only want the original versions. I can't stand when a song has the edited version and thankfully this disc has the Original extended grooves to keep my toes curling and moving non stop. Rose Royce is on here Hue Corperation and others with some of the tightest jams of the late 70's."
